30-Day Action-Based Refund Guarantee Clarifications
To qualify for our 30-day action-based refund, participants must create an Instagram page dedicated to the wealth or luxury niche and take specific actions within the first 30 days. These actions include:
- Consistent Content Uploads: You are required to maintain a 30-day upload streak on your Instagram account, posting one video per day. Beginning on the day of your first upload. These videos will be provided by our software and are integral to your participation in the program. The only exceptions are that you we're not able to upload due to problem on our side, which you have to report immediatelly to support@wealthspread.org with screenshot and explanation of the problem.
- Uploading videos provided by us: If you decide to upload any video that was not generated by our software you are not eligible for a refund because that can drastically affect your account.
- Bot activity: Refunds are not approved if your account gets action blocked, for poor behaviour.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please provide a direct link to your Instagram page by contacting our support team at support@wealthspread.org within 30 days of your purchase. This will allow us to review your activities and verify that you have met the necessary criteria.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted to individuals who fail to upload the videos provided by our software consistently as part of their daily posts.
Additional Notes
Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 21 business days for the processing of your refund once it has been approved.
Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please log into your whop account, navigate to 'orders', find our product name, and select the option to either pause or cancel your subscription.
Revision Notification
Any modifications to this refund policy will be communicated to you via email, ensuring you are always informed of our latest terms.
